Emergency Life Support (2½ hours)

OUFAU recognises that it is essential that courses in basic resuscitation are readily available to all members of the public.  This course has no statutory recognition under health and safety legislation in the UK, but is designed to equip a rescuer with the basic essentials of how to save someone's life.

Emergency Life Support (ELS) aims to provide the essentials of how to save someone's life in a single session.

We are currently the only student-run organisation affiliated to Heartstart UK, an initiative coordinated by the British Heart Foundation to promote the teaching of resuscitation throughout the UK.

Courses taught "in-house" for student or staff groups on request.
We are not currently scheduling open sessions for this course.
